< Previous | List | Next > Some hiking in Joshua Tree, and an early retreat to a motel to get some sleep

I didn't sleep too well at the campground, and it took me considerable time to get up and running in the morning. I headed towards the same un-named canyon I had already hiked into on a prior trip. I didn't get much further this time, though.

I headed on to Lost Horse Mine trail. Some of the pictures I took turned out to be quite scenic in the end (possibly due to the partly overcast sky adding an interesting texture to the sky), but that day, the constant changes between brief stretches of sunlight, and duller colours as the sun once again hid behind the sky, were annoying me to no end.

Motel/Hotel Accommodation: Motel6 (Twentynine Palms, CA): $41.41
